The remuneration report provides you with a list of any remuneration for your employees. You can access this under the tab Reports.
Salaries Report :-
The salary report has the option to filter by department, division, locations or to filter by date.
This report also shows the 'Total annual salary cost for the company'- this can also be filtered.
Underneath you can see a summary of the information which will be exported to excel.
Additional Payments Report:-
The additional payments report has the option to filter by department, division, locations or to filter by date.
Underneath you can see the summary of the information which will be exported to excel.
The benefits report you can only filter by department, division, locations & show current benefits.
On the benefits report there are more fields when you export the data to excel, such as Job title, Review date, Employee contribution, Employer contribution, currency & Notes from the records.
This report will show you the employees who are entitle to be automatically enrolled into your auto enrolment pension scheme.
