Over the past few weeks, we have made some changes to the system.

For ease of reference, we have collected these changes into groups under the tabs within the system that they affect.

 

Employee

You can filter an employee document list by ascending/descending order:

You can bulk assign an expense approver:

The kudos leaderboard allows for equal ranking:

The 'Bonus' tab under the Pay section has been re-named as 'Additional Payments':

  

The default to 'paid by company' in preference to 'paid by employee' on expenses has been replaced by a prompt if neither option is selected:

Lastly, we have had to remove the clipboard facility to copy and paste an employee's address as this is no longer possible to support

 

Recruitment

Interviews have been added to the Dashboard notifications and the Daily Notifier email for the recruiter and HR users

We have made the contact number field mandatory and added an email confirmation field on the application form to ensure that recruiters can be confident that they are able to contact the applicant

 

Reports

The annual salary cost can be filtered to show the past 12 months from a specific date:

Adjustments have now been added to the holiday allowance report:

 

Company

A company document can now be marked as 'read and accepted' rather than just 'read'

An employee's join date and department have now been added to the payroll export

 

Settings

The third party holiday confirmation email now clarifies if this leave is either holiday or other leave

 

Help

We are currently undertaking a major overhaul of the support site to make it more intuitive to navigate. The support articles in our extensive knowledge base can now be searched for either by key word or according to where you are within the system:
