Grievances and Disciplinaries


Grievances is an area of the system which allows users to add grievances logged by an employee.

You can find a list of employee grievances and disciplinaries under the reports tab on your dashboard. 


The screen will display all open records and display the employee, created date, type, last note creation date and the status.


If you wish to view any resolved grievances and disciplinary's tick the box. 


There is also the ability to search for any keywords, filter by department and  division. You can also view an existing record icons.jpg or edit icons.jpg a record.
