The ID Documents report displays an overview of any ID documents in the system.
You can find a list of ID documents you have uploaded into your account via your reports tab on your dashboard.
This report shows all ID documentation which has been uploaded as well as the organisation, reference, issue date, seen date and an expiry date. When you set an expiry date an email will be sent to HR manager(s) when the follow up date for an employee ID document has arrived. Want to find out more about what emails get sent out and when? You can use the search box to search for a particular employee or filter by departments and division.
