From the line managers perspective, it will look a little something like this.
There are two dashboards: manager dashboard and my dashboard. My dashboard is exactly the same as an employee's- it contains information only related to yourself. However the manager dashboard, are tasks you have to complete as a line manager such as leave to approve, sickness to review and one to ones to manage.
To action the task click on the next to the appropriate record, it will then redirect you to the appropriate page to make your updates.
Note: Line manager's permissions are set by the HR User so some of these options may not appear.
