Need to reminded about something but can't remember what?
Employee notes which can be found in the employees profile under the tab is a place to store any information to remind you about one of your employees.
Here you can quickly view the note about your employee such as ask for a copy of an ID document. On the reminder date an email will be sent to you to remind you to do your task, should you need to edit or delete the note you can do this at any time.
To add a new note simply click on the icon and fill out and save the short form
Note: Line manager's permissions are set by the HR User so some of these options may not appear.
