As a line manager you may need up upload some important ID documents.
Many company policies involve keeping a record of all employee documentation such as a driving licence or passport. You can upload these copies directly to the corresponding employees so you know exactly where to look should you need it.
The ID documents can be found under the more tab in your employees profile.
You will then be taken to the list of I.D documents for that particular employee. Here you can see the type of I.D, reference number, the expiry date and the scan of the document if one was uploaded. You can edit or any of the records.
To add a new ID document, click the button and complete the fields with the necessary information.
Choose the corresponding scanned document and to attach to the record. You can also set an expiry reminder, so an email will be sent to you to let you know the expiry date for the document is approaching. Once you are happy with information you have filled in, click .
This will now appear on the list on the main page of ID documents.
Note: Line manager's permissions are set by the HR User so some of these options may not appear.
