Enabling custom fields
You can add up to five custom fields to an employees profile. To enable this function go to:
Settings > Modules. HR and admin users can enable custom fields.
At the bottom of the page you can enable and choose your custom fields by ticking the box.
Once you have clicked save changes, the custom fields will then be visible on the employees profile page.
You can allow your employees to see the custom fields by going to Settings> Permissions and approvals> Display settings> tick, employees can see Custom fields.
Please note that Line Managers are not able to see the custom fields on their direct line reports' profiles.
