From this page you can add your own company expense types.
- Click Settings> Picklists> Expense types
- You can add your own expense types by clicking in the top right hand corner of the screen.
- Alternatively, you can delete the default expense types and start a fresh or edit any of the existing ones by clicking the edit icon.
Just to note: To have access to expenses you will require a plan that includes it as a module. To use it you will also need to ensure that the module is ticked.
- Click Settings> Modules> Use expenses> Update account
Any expense types that are currently in use, cannot be deleted. In addition the type of “mileage” cannot be edited or deleted as it is used for calculations to make life easier for you.
