How to Enable Support


Support Login Authorisation 

As a security measure to protect HR data, we are locking ourselves out of your system. Starting today, if you want support to help you with a query and access your system, you'll need to enable the support login permission.  You'll also be able to track when support logs into your account.  

 To authorise support, log in to your account. Click Help> enable support. 

 Tick allow breatheHR support access to our system and click 

 This will then allow our support team to access your account and advise you further with your query. You can also track who last entered your account at the bottom of this screen.
