How to Enable Support

Support Login Authorisation 

As a security measure to protect HR data, you will need to grant breatheHR Support staff access to your account.

 

To authorise support, log in to your account. Click Help > Enable support. 

Tick the box to allow breatheHR support access to your system and click CONFIRM.

This will then allow our support team to access your account and advise you further with your query. You can also track who last entered your account at the bottom of this screen.
