Once you have completed the mail merge process you can still review the documents.
1) Go to company> merge documents> merges >
2) You can file. This will download all the documents within that mail merge as a file. This is great if you want to print the documents off, sign and send to the employee.
3) Alternatively, you can still download each file separately.
Recap: Completed mail merge documents will appear under the documents section within the employee's profile.
You need to use the list of fields provided by breatheHR when creating the template in word, you cannot make up your own fields.
If any information is missing from the word document, this is because the information is missing from the employees profile.
