Employee Directory


What is the employee directory?

The Directory is for every employee in the company to access and see other employee information.

Information shown in the directory:

  • First name & Surname
  • Job Title
  • Department
  • Division
  • Location
  • Work email address
  • Extension number
  • Linked In
  • Twitter
  • Skype Name

Please note:  This information will only be shown on the directory if the employee has filled the information out on their profile page.

If the information is not on the profile page it will not be shown on the Employee Directory.

Where is my Directory? 

The Directory is under the Employees tab > Directory

Please Note: If you do not have the option to see. view the directory, this will be because the functionality has been switched off on your account.


Turn the directory on/off:

Configure > Settings > Permissions & Approvals > Change what employees can see and do > What employees can see > the employee directory

Untick this option if you want to turn off the employee directory.
