When you go to your Absence reports you will see the following...

Each report will allow you to filter by certain criteria such as Department, Division, Location and from a specific date range.

Outstanding leave requests:

This report will tell you any leave requests that are awaiting approval and from who.
It will also tell you the type of leave request. For example, holiday will be deducted from their allowance, however 'other leave' such as doctors appointments, will not.

Outstanding TOIL requests:

This report will display the outstanding TOIL requests that are awaiting approval.

Calendar:

Whilst you're looking at your absence reports we've added a link back to the company calendar for easy access.

Holiday allowances:

Quick overview of what your employees have in terms of Holiday Allowance including Carry over and adjustments.

Leave Overview:

List of leave which has been booked and approved and at what date. You can also see if it was Holiday or Other Leave.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE REPORT WILL ONLY PULL RECORDS WHERE THE START DATE OF THE HOLIDAY FALLS WITHIN YOUR DATE PARAMETER SEARCH

Adjustments:

Quick way to see current adjustments and whether is was TOIL and also the reason for the adjustment.

Cancelled leave:

A run down of cancelled leave and which member of staff cancelled the leave.

Rejected leave:

As above but this is leave that has been requested but has been rejected due to no leave available etc.

Can I download the reports?

Yes you can!  Where ever you see the Blue Icon in the top right of the screen as highlighted shown below.  This will also relate to the filter to!
