If you need to see an overview of what leave you have coming up within your team, or all outstanding requests in one place, the Leave Overview report is a great tool to use. To help you with this, here's a brief guide on how to use it.
- You can find your Leave Overview report in the Absence reports section as shown below...
- If you go to the Leave Overview report you will be presented with the following screen...
- You will be able to filter the report by Department, Devision, Location and from a specific date range. You can also filter by Holiday or Other Leave.
- By clicking the blue icon at the top right you can export the data to an Excel Spreadsheet should you need to.
(Please note that the report will only pull records where the start date of the holiday falls within your date parameter search)
